The tape winder filaTex 200, conceived for constant-tension winding of film tapes on cylindrical bobbins.

Description:

The filaTex 200 is machine for winding PP or PE tapes on cylindrical bobbin cores in a crosswise pattern. The winding principle is stepped precision winding. The lateral yarn (tape) motion is done by a precision guide element running in a rotating and grooved drum. This mechanism is mounted in a tilting housing which holds contact to the surface of the bobbin by means of a press roll. This roll follows automatically the growing bobbin diameter. Thereby it is exerting a defined pressure onto the bobbin package. The winding core is centred on the winding shaft by a quick clamping/releasing mechanism. Winding drive and yarn guide drive are controlled by separate 3-phase-frequency inverters. Winding tension is set by a spring loaded dancing arm with variable manual adjustment. The speed of the winding shaft is automatically adjusted to the bobbin diameter. The speed of the yarn guide drive is continually controlled following the winding spindle in a preset ratio (winding ratio). filaTex2_detail.jpg
