The tape extrusion line tiraTex 1600 is conceived for the production of film tapes out of PP and HDPE.

  • Working width: 1.600 mm net
  • Melting capacity: 600 kg/h with PP, MFI >4
  • Extruder driving power: 180 kW
  • Production speed: max. 450 m/min

Description:

The tiraTex 1600 is an extrusion and stretching line for polyolefin-film tapes made of PP and HDPE.
The unit is made for high output and high tape strength with high production speeds.
The tiraTex 1600 is built in modular form; it can be dispatched with different extruders, granulate dosage units, extrusion nozzles or stretching components, depending on customer's necessities.

The tape extrusion and stretching line is constructed according to the newest technologic and ergonomic knowledge and can usually be operated by one person (but for the starting process).
