The filaTex 200 is a precision winder used for the cylindrical cross winding of polyolefin tapes on cylindrical tubes. The winding principle is based on stepped precision winding.
Winding ratios can be set freely according to requirements.

  • Tape width: 1,7 - 4 mm (- 6 mm)
    (< 1,7 or > 4 - 6 mm - with special-purpose tape guides)
  • Titer range: 400 – 3.000 den
  • Thread/tape tension: 25 – 250 g
  • Traverse length: 200 mm
  • Bobbin diameter: max. 180 mm
  • Core tubes:
    Inner diameter 35 mm
    Outer diameter 40 mm
    Tube length 218 mm +/- 1 mm

The filaTex 200 consists of following main components:

  3. Balancer with adjustable tension control
  4. Automatic motor switch-off
  5. Quick-clamping device
  6. Yarn-catching device
  7. High precision traverse mechanism
  8. Ceramic tape guide
  9. Supporting frame with 6-unit stacks
  10. Process control unit intelliCon F
  11. prepared for winder monitoring system
