tape extrusion line

The tape extrusion line tiraTex is conceived for the production of polyolefin tapes made of PP. The machine was designed for high output and high foil durability at a high production rate.

It has a modular construction and can be equipped with different extruders, granulate dosing devices, extrusion dies as well as modular stretching units depending on process and product requirements.

The tiraTex 1600/tiraTex 1000 consists of following main components:

  1. Gravimetric dosing unit
  2. Automatic filter
  3. Static mixer
  4. Flat die 1.830 mm/1.250 mm, net working width 1.600 mm/1.000 mm
  5. Water quench
  6. Slitting unit including spare cutting bar and industrial cutting blades
  7. Edge-trim-recycling
  8. Holding unit with 2 godets
  9. Hot air oven, length 5,8 m
  10. Stretching section with 6 godets (godet diam. 350 mm), consisting of 1 standard, 3 heating and 2 cooling godets, including 2 nip rollers and 1 anti-static bar
  11. Tape extraction, vacuum system
  12. Central process control unit
  13. Control cabinets, air conditioned
  14. Remote diagnostic unit
