ultrasonic fabric slitting machine

The fabric slitting machine cutTex 750/1300 produces and rewinds two layers of flat fabric out of tubular cloth. Edge-cutting is done by two high performance ultrasonic cutting units.

Technical data:

  • Unwinding diameter: up to 1.200 mm
  • Fabric width: up to 750/1.300 mm
  • Working speed (depending on fabric thickness): up to 50 m/min
  • Winding diameter per section: up to 1.200 mm

The cutTex 750/1300 consists of following main components:

  1. Unwinding section
  2. Edge position control
  3. Delivery section
  4. Ultrasonic slitting section
  5. Double winding section with tension control
  6. Electric chain hoist for roll handling (900 kg/1.500 kg)
