Fully automatic bag conversion line

The sacoTex 850 automatic conversion line cuts, converts and sews uncoated and coated circular fabric tubes into standard as well as gusseted raffia bags.

Technical data:

  • Capacity (uncoated fabric): up to 2.700 sacks/h
  • Capacity – coated fabric with/without gusset: up to 2.400 sacks/h (depending on fabric weight and coating thickness)
  • Sack size (basis for calculation): 550 x 1.000 mm
  • Sewing yarn (PP multifilament): 1.000 – 1.200 den
  • Tensile strength: min. 5 g/den

Cross cutting device:

  • Max. reel diameter for cloth roll: 1.200 mm
  • Max. reel diameter for trolley: 1.500 mm
  • Cloth width: 300 - 850 mm
  • Cutting length: 400 – 1.250 mm

Bottom stitching machine:

  • Operating speed (progressively adjustable): up to 5.000 stitches/min
  • Recommended operating speed: 4.000 stitches per minute
  • Stitch length: 3,6 – 8,5 mm
  • Recommended stitch length: 7,5 mm
